Installation in Town of Mount Royal · 1% solar shades motorized with Somfy Sonesse 30 (24 V) on corner windows in Town of Mount Royal

What we see in Town of Mount Royal (TMR)

In the Town of Mount Royal, we installed 1% solar shades motorized with Somfy (Sonesse 30, 24 volts) on corner windows: they come down together, the view stays, the glare goes. In another TMR home, we fitted the basement with wood shutters, right down to the bedroom's small high windows. Free in-home consultation and quote, installation included.

Your windows, your needs

Corner windows

Two windows that meet in a corner means two shades that have to come down together. Motorized with Somfy, they start and stop at the same time, with a single remote.

Basements

Basement windows are small and set high. A custom wood shutter fits them to the millimetre and lets light in when you open the louvres.

The 1% shade

The lower the percentage, the more the shade cuts the sun. At 1%, it strongly filters the glare while keeping the view outside.
