The Neo Smart Controller connects your motorized blinds to a single app: grouped by room, on a schedule, controlled from anywhere, even on a trip. We install it on our Dooya motors, and it also works with all Somfy motors and several other brands. For something simpler, the Blue Link controls the blinds over Bluetooth, with no Wi-Fi and no remote access: we'll help you choose.

- Each blind, paired onceDuring installation, we pair each motor with the controller — the app guides every step. Once it's done, there's nothing to reconfigure day to day.
- Rooms, groups, schedulesIn the app, you group your blinds by room, create scenes (“good evening”, “I'm leaving”), and set schedules — at a fixed time, or at sunrise and sunset.
- Voice, if you want itOnce connected to Alexa, Google Assistant or Siri (through Matter), you can also simply ask it to close the living room blinds.

Smart Controller or Blue Link?
The Blue Link controls your blinds over Bluetooth from your phone, with no Wi-Fi, but only at home, within range. The Smart Controller goes through your Wi-Fi: control works from anywhere, even on a trip, and with Alexa or Google. To replace a remote, the Blue Link is enough; for remote control, choose the Smart Controller.

Installation and setup
We install the controller, pair each blind, set up the rooms and schedules with you, and connect everything to Alexa, Google or Siri if you wish. Three separate warranties cover the project: the programming, the installation, then the hub and the Dooya motor.
Warranty. Programming (rooms, groups, schedules) is guaranteed for 1 year, installation (motor pairing, mounting) for 1 year, and the Neo Smart Blinds hub and the Dooya motor for 3 years, by Le Gars des Stores. The installation warranty covers the work done on site, not a technician's travel.
Our warranties are in addition to the warranties provided by law.

Smart Controller or Blue Link: which one is right for me?
The Blue Link if you want to replace a remote with your phone, over Bluetooth, without Wi-Fi — quick and simple. The Smart Controller if you want to control your blinds remotely, even on a trip, and connect them to Alexa or Google. Most of our customers who ask for home automation choose the Smart Controller.
Does it work with my blinds that are already motorized?
Very likely. The Smart Controller is compatible with Allen+Roth, Alpha, Alta Bliss, A-OK, Arabel, BAST, Blinds.com, Bofu/Simplicity, Budget Blinds, ComfyShade, Dooya, Dooya Bi-directional, Eclipse, Gaposa, Jiecang, Levolor, Louvolite, Maxxmar, MotionBlinds, Neo Smart Blinds, Nice, Raex, Rollease Arc, Rollease Basic, Rollerhouse, Ronco, Select Blinds, SmartWings, Somfy RTS, Sunfree Radio+, Turnils AMP and Wistar motors. We can often add the controller without replacing anything, once exact compatibility is confirmed.
Does it work with Alexa and Google Home?
Yes, directly. Siri works too, through the Matter integration. Once connected, you can ask out loud to close a blind or a whole room.
Do I need a router or Wi-Fi?
For the Smart Controller, yes: that's what makes remote control possible. For the Blue Link, no — it works over local Bluetooth, with no network.
My Wi-Fi doesn't work with the controller. Why?
The controller needs a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, not 5 GHz. If your router broadcasts both bands under one name, temporarily separate the 2.4 GHz band during setup. A strong signal (3 bars or more) where the controller sits also helps.
Does it work in a large house?
Yes: the stated coverage is about 3,500 sq ft, but it varies with building materials and the number of floors. For a very large house, we simply install several controllers. A central, elevated location helps maximize signal range.
Is the controller under warranty?
Yes, in three parts, by Le Gars des Stores: programming for 1 year, installation for 1 year, and the Neo Smart Blinds hub and the Dooya motor for 3 years. If something doesn't work properly, we come back and fix it.
If you come back under warranty, is the trip free?
The warranty covers the work done on site — the time spent programming, pairing, mounting. It does not cover a technician's travel to your home. Travel fees, if any, are explained before any service call.
How much does it cost?
The price depends on the number of blinds to connect and the system chosen (Smart Controller or Blue Link). Text us at (514) 967-3629 to discuss it; we can add it to a motorization project or install it on blinds already in place.
Where do you install it?
The West Island and Montreal, Vaudreuil-Dorion, the South Shore, the North Shore, western Laval, and the Eastern Townships with our team on site. Elsewhere, depending on the project.
