Installation in Brossard · Custom sheers in a penthouse at Solar Uniquartier in Brossard

What we see in Brossard

In Brossard, we work in condos and penthouses with floor-to-ceiling windows. At Solar Uniquartier, we installed custom sheers; at the Oria condominium, sliding panels on a giant window. Another penthouse received four motorized Somfy double roller shades, solar in front and blackout behind. The goal: keep the view while controlling light and heat.

Your windows, your needs

Floor-to-ceiling windows

In Brossard's towers, the walls are often windows. A solar shade keeps the view of the city and cuts the glare; motorized with Somfy, it comes down with a remote or the app, even when the window is the full height of the room.

Day and night in the same window

A double roller shade is two shades in the same window: a solar shade in front for the day, a blackout shade behind for sleeping. Each one has its own motor. We've installed it in a Brossard penthouse and in a house in the same area: the view in the morning, complete darkness at night.

Giant windows

When a window is too wide for a single blind, sliding panels glide on a track like large fabric panels. That's what we put on the giant window of a penthouse at the Oria condominium.

Frequently asked questions

We answer

Do you serve Brossard?

Yes, with in-home consultations, whether it's a house or a condo in a tower. We have several projects in Brossard, including penthouses at Solar Uniquartier and at the Oria condominium.

What is a double roller shade?

Two shades in the same window: a solar shade in front that keeps the view during the day, a blackout shade behind for complete darkness at night. Each one can have its own Somfy motor.

My windows go from floor to ceiling — is that possible?

Yes, it's what we do most in Brossard. For a very tall or very wide window, we recommend Somfy motorization: a remote or the app, no chain to pull.

How long does it take to get a quote?

Text us a photo of your windows at (514) 967-3629 and we'll quickly give you a first idea of the price. Free in-home consultation and quote. The firm price comes after the measurements are verified: at the consultation, or with your true measurements if you order yourself.

What warranty do you offer?

From 5 to 10 years depending on the product; Somfy motors have a 5-year warranty.
